"Jess was extremely quick to respond anytime we contacted her. She made us feel like there were no bad questions and took the time to make sure we understood which was invaluable as first time home buyers. She was very on top of every detail the whole process. She went to the inspections we couldn’t make it to and worked around our schedules to meet. She has a great network of contacts for inspectors and contractors. Definitely always made us feel like a priority even though our house was a modest purchase comparatively. She also helped us negotiate below asking price after we had been the backup offer and still kept the deal fair for everyone. Straight shooter, good communicator, super knowledgeable, very patient and kind. A real pro. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home"
